Terms plain, not legal
What you are buying.
- Delivery. A paid call returns JSON in the same HTTP response. A licence returns a signed Bearer token valid 30 days for every data endpoint; the token is not metered and does not count calls.
- Payment. USDC over x402 on Base, Polygon, Arbitrum or Avalanche, or MPP on Tempo. The price in the HTTP 402 challenge is the price we charge; if this page and a live 402 ever disagree, the 402 wins.
- Refunds. None, because the content arrives before you ever see an invoice. If a paid call returns an error, it costs nothing: an error response is not billed.
- What we do not own. Headlines, links and publish times come from Google News feeds, earthquake data from BMKG, crypto prices from Indodax, exchange rates from the ECB reference series and holidays from the government's published calendar. We do not claim rights in the underlying articles, and we cannot grant you publishing rights to them. Quote with attribution to the original outlet.
- Fair use. One call per item you need. Use the
?since=<cursor>on /feed and /search instead of re-polling the whole list — it is cheaper for you and it is why the delta feed exists. Do not resell raw responses as your own feed. - No SLA. Uptime is measured and published by third parties; it is not a contractual guarantee. This service runs on serverless functions and can cold-start.
- As is. No warranty of fitness for any purpose. Sentiment scores are deterministic keyword output, not investment advice, and nothing here should be used as the sole basis for a financial or safety decision.
